No, multisite installations are not currently supported.

Security updates are always installed within 24 hours after release! If updates for the WordPress core, plugins or themes are available, we also install them. In practice, the following intervals for updates in productive environments have proven themselves:

WordPress Care plans are updated every 14 days, if not agreed otherwise.

After you have made the booking or order and the payment has been made, we will send you the WordPress maintenance contract for countersigning. As soon as we have the contract and all existing questions are clarified, the “onboarding” takes place within 1-2 business days.

According to experience, we are talking about 2-3 business days and the maintenance begins.
