You need the so-called “Auth-Code” from your current provider to authorize us with the transfer (provider change) of the domain. Usually you can find the Auth-Code in the customer area of your current provider or you can request it there (alternatively by e-mail).
If the Auth-Code is available, you can transfer the domain regularly via our order system. During the order process you will be asked to enter the Auth-Code required for the domain transfer. Afterwards you can manage the domain via the customer area (DNS entries, nameservers, handles, DNSSEC..).

We evaluate our portfolio in regular intervals, currently there are more than 100 top-level domains available which are provided automatically. If your favorite top-level domain is not listed, please contact our support, in principle there is the possibility to register many “exotics” that are not listed above. We have more than 2,300 top-level domains available, which can also be made available in the system at short notice.
The payment for the first order is made in advance via PayPal, Sofortüberweisung (Mollie), Giropay (Mollie) or classic SEPA bank transfer. The provision takes place immediately after receipt of payment, fully automated and therefore also outside business hours. Subsequent invoices will be invoiced with a payment term of 14 days.
