As a rule, provisioning is automated after receipt of payment. Free accounts are checked and activated manually.

You can always pay your invoice via PayPal, credit card (via Stripe), instant bank transfer (via Stripe) and classic bank transfer.

We give everyone the opportunity to test our services free of charge and without obligation for 14 days under real conditions (live environment). Both our Managed WordPress Hosting and our Application Cloud are available for you. The respective order link can be found in the overview of our plans.

The contract period results from the selected billing period of the respective service during the order and is tacitly extended by the same period for an indefinite period of time unless cancelled.

Managed WordPress Hosting: 1 month minimum contract term for monthly billing – 12 months contract term for annual billing.

Docker Application Cloud: 1 month minimum term with monthly consumption-based billing “Pay-as-You-Go” on the 1st of each month for the previous month.

Domain registration: The duration of domain registrations or extensions as well as the billing period is usually 12 months or 1 year. Depending on the domain extension, 12-36 month terms are also possible, if applicable, this is also shown in the price list or in the order process.

The Docker Application Cloud is billed on the 1st of each month for the previous month based on the resources used and the number of Docker containers. Each container model has a maximum monthly price, which results in the price per hour, see overview of our plans.

Example:

Maximum number of days per month 31 * 24 hours per day = 744 hours/month maximum per Docker container. Multiplying the maximum hours per month by the price per hour per container gives the maximum price per month.

In the client area a “Projected Estimated Value” is displayed for the next invoice. All created containers from your projects are included in the calculation, as well as any additionally booked storage, backup storage and data transfer (traffic).
